We offer free standard shipping on orders shipped within the United States.
Estimated Delivery Time
Estimated delivery time is 7-15 business days after processing. Delivery may be delayed by carrier, supplier, weather, or high-demand issues.
Tracking
When your order ships, you will receive a tracking number by email.
Shipping Address
Please make sure your shipping address is complete and accurate at checkout. Dogplify is not responsible for delays or non-delivery caused by incorrect or incomplete shipping information.
Lost or Stolen Packages
Dogplify is not responsible for packages lost or stolen after confirmed delivery. If tracking shows delivered and you cannot find the package, contact the carrier first and then contact us.
