Dogplify accepts eligible return requests within 30 days of delivery.
Return Eligibility
Items must be unused, in original packaging, and in the same condition received. To start a return, email support@dogplify.com with your order number and reason for return. Please wait for return instructions before sending anything back.
Return Shipping
Customers pay return shipping unless the item arrived damaged, defective, or incorrect.
Damaged or Incorrect Items
Contact us within 7 days of delivery with your order number and photos. If approved, we will send a replacement or issue a refund.
Refunds
After an approved return is received and inspected, refunds are issued to the original payment method within 5-10 business days.
